1. Authentication & Privacy
Log in securely using your own Google Account. We generate an encrypted session cookie that expires after 7 days, maintaining your security at all times.
2. Personal Google Drive Storage
Your property documents are saved inside a private folder named BalanceSheet in your Google Drive. We do not use centralized file databases.
3. Automated Email Updates
Receive monthly financial sheets, alerts, and transaction statements directly to your Gmail inbox, configured securely via automated email routes.
